Single-Level Embossing Dies
Single-level dies form the artwork at one uniform height. They provide a cost-effective tooling solution for straightforward logos, typography, borders, and bold brand marks where depth transitions are not required.
Multi-Level Embossing Dies
Multi-level dies feature distinct height steps within the same design. Selected visual elements can be raised to varying depths, creating sharp visual contrast and tactile hierarchy—ideal for luxury packaging, folding cartons, and premium labels.
Sculptured 3D Embossing Dies
Sculptured dies incorporate fluid curves, rounded contours, and gradual relief transitions rather than flat planes. Machined primarily from solid brass using 3D CNC and laser engraving, sculptured dies reproduce organic shapes, crests, and detailed graphic imagery with realistic depth.

To maintain structural stability during high-pressure embossing, artwork must comply with minimum geometric constraints:
Minimum Line Width: Non-supported lines should measure at least 0.20 mm (0.008 in) in stroke width.
Minimum Gap / Internal Radius: Clearances between adjacent lines should exceed 0.25 mm to allow substrate material to flow into the die cavity.
File Formats: Editable vector formats are required—AI, EPS, PDF, or DXF. All fonts must be outlined, and artwork rendered at 1:1 scale.
