During the production process, each batch of embossing templates card making will undergo first article inspection and patrol inspection, and 10 products will be sampled every 2 hours for testing to timely find and solve problems in production. Before packaging, we will conduct a 100% full inspection of each product, focusing on checking for defects such as burrs, deformation, scratches and missing textures to ensure a 100% factory pass rate. We also accept inspection services from any third-party institutions, and all inspection reports can be provided to customers for reference.
