Our factory is located in Kunyang Town, Pingyang County, Wenzhou, with ten years of experience in etching and injection molding processes. The factory covers an area of 2,000 to 3,000 square meters, equipped with two complete etching production lines and two injection molding production lines, capable of a monthly output of 50,000 embossing plates. Although our team only has 15 members, every staff member is a seasoned expert in their respective role - a dedicated specialist oversees each stage from design and mold development to production and quality inspection.

Their stringent requirements for product precision and quality have in turn driven us to continuously upgrade our craftsmanship. We were selected as their supplier not by chance, but through years of meticulous refinement of every detail.

We offer OEM and ODM services. If you have your own design drafts in AI, CDR or PDF formats, our R&D team can quickly produce samples. The development cycle for custom samples is generally around 15 days, and we will share progress updates with you at every step from drawing confirmation to sample delivery.

Beyond pattern customization, size, material and thickness can all be adjusted to match your requirements. Our minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 500 sets, and mixed patterns and models are allowed within a single order to reduce your trial-and-error costs. Many overseas buyers start with a trial order of 500 sets before placing repeat orders of tens of thousands of sets. Quality is our bottom line. Starting with raw material warehousing, every batch of PP and ABS materials undergoes screening by our quality inspection team, and substandard materials are strictly barred from production lines. During manufacturing, quality inspectors conduct spot checks at every process to ensure dimensions, embossing depth and flatness meet standards.

Most critically, all products undergo 100% full inspection prior to packaging: we thoroughly verify clear texture definition, absence of broken lines or burrs, and freedom from surface scratches. Only products passing all checks are boxed for shipment. We also accept third-party inspections - you may arrange visits from your designated quality inspection agency at any time.
